【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofbenzeneandtolueneinfinishedmotorandaviationgasolinesbygaschromatography.Benzenecanbedeterminedbetweenthelevelsof0.1and5volume%andtoluenecanbedeterminedbetweenthelevelsof2and20volume%.Theprecisionforthistestmethodwasdeterminedusingconventionalgasolineaswellasgasolinescontainingoxygenates(etherssuchasmethyltert-butylether,ethyltert-butyletherandtert-amylmethylether).Methanolmaycauseinterference.AppendixX1providesanoptionformodifyingthetestmethodforanalyzingsamplescontainingethanol.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
