【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60143appliesbothtocapacitorunitsandcapacitorbanksintendedtobeusedconnectedinserieswithana.c.transmissionordistributionlineorcircuitformingpartofana.c.powersystemhavingafrequencyof15Hzto60Hz.Theprimaryfocusofthisstandardisontransmissionapplication.Theseriescapacitorunitsandbanksareusuallyintendedforhigh-voltagepowersystems.Thisstandardisapplicabletothecompletevoltagerange.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytocapacitorsoftheself-healingmetallizeddielectrictype.Thefollowingcapacitors,evenifconnectedinserieswithacircuit,areexcludedfromthisstandard:-capacitorsforinductiveheat-generatingplants(IEC60110-1);-capacitorsformotorapplicationsandthelike(IEC60252-1);-capacitorstobeusedinpowerelectronicscircuits(IEC61071);-capacitorsfordischargelamps(IEC61048andIEC61049).Standardtypesofaccessoriessuchasinsulators,switches,instrumenttransformers,externalfuses,etc.shouldcomplywiththepertinentIECstandard.NOTE1Additionalrequirementsforcapacitorstobeprotectedbyinternalfuses,aswellastherequirementsforinternalfuses,arefoundinIEC60143-3.NOTE2Additionalrequirementsforcapacitorstobeprotectedbyexternalfuses,aswellastherequirementsforexternalfuses,arefoundinAnnexA.NOTE3Aseparatestandardforseriescapacitoraccessories(spark-gaps,non-linearresistors,dischargereactors,current-limitingdampingreactors,dampingresistors,circuit-breakers,etc.),IEC60143-2,wascompletedin1994.Aseparatestandardforinternalfusesforseriescapacitors,IEC60143-3(formerlyIEC60595),hasbeenrevisedandwascompletedin1998.Theobjectofthisstandardis:-toformulateuniformrulesregardingperformance,testingandrating;-toformulatespecificsafetyrules;-toserveasaguideforinstallationandoperation.
