【摘要】:ThisstandardspecifiescalculationsforthedimensioningofKachelgrund?fen/Putzgrund?fen(tiled/mortaredstoves)basedupontherequirednominalheatoutputofthestoveasdeclaredbytheproducer.TheKachelgrund?fen/Putzgrund?fen(tiled/mortaredstoves)areofindividualone-offconstructiondesign.ThestandardcanbeusedforlogwoodfiredKachel?fen(tilestoves)thatburnonefuelloadperstorageperiodwithamaximumloadbetween10kgand40kgandastorageperiod(nominalheatingtime)between8hand24h.ThisstandardisvalidforKachelgrund?fen/Putzgrund?fen(tiled/mortaredstoves)equippedwithfireclayasinteriormaterial,withanapparentdensitybetween1,750kg/m3and2,200kg/m3,adegreeofporosityfrom18%upto33%byvolumeandaheatconductivityfrom0,65W/mKupto0,90W/mK(temperaturerange20°Cto400°C).ThisstandardisvalidforKachelgrund?fen/Putzgrund?fen(tiled/mortaredstoves)withsidewisecombustionairsupplyofthecombustionchamberandaninflowspeedfrom2m/sto4m/s,whereastheheightofthelowestopeningisatleast5cmabovethebottomofthecombustionchamber.Thisstandardisnotvalidforcombinationswithwaterheatexchangersforcentralheatingorotherheatabsorbingelementslikeglassplatesgreaterthan1/6ofthecombustionchambersurface,openwatertanks,etc.Itisalsonotvalidforcombinationswithheating/fireplaceelementsaccordingtoEN13229.Furthermorethisstandardisnotvalidformass-producedprefabricatedorpartlyprefabricatedslowheatreleaseappliancesaccordingtoEN15250.NOTEAlthoughforthepurposesofthisstandardthesecalculationsareapplicableonlytotherequirementsofthisstandard,thesamecalculationscanbeusedforotherpurposes,e.g.toverifyemissionlevelsandenergyefficiencyincaseofburninglogwoodorwoodbriquettesaccordingtotheproducer’smanual.
