【摘要】:ThisstandardisintendedforusewhenthestabilityofspotstabilityofweldingmachinescomplyingwithENISO14744-1istobemeasuredinconnectionwithanacceptanceinspection.Itprovidesessentialinformationtotheprocedureandapparatustobeusedformakingthemeasurements.Thestabilityofthespotpositionisaparticularlysignificantparameterforprolongedweldingapplicationsandforelectronbeamweldingwithautomaticdevicespositioningtheworkpiece.Insuchapplications,theweldingmachineshallbeabletoreproduce,overprolongedperiodsandwithoutadditionalcorrectionofthepositionbeingrequired,agivenbeam-to-jointalignment.Thepurposeofmeasurementistocheckwhetherandtowhatextenttheelectronbeamgeneratedbyaweldingmachinekeepswithintherangeoflimitdeviationsspecifiedforthespotposition.
