【摘要】:ThispartofISO11979specifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsforcertainmechanicalpropertiesofintraocularlenses(lOLs).ItisapplicabletoalltypesoflOLsintendedforimplantationintheanteriorsegmentofthehumaneye,excludingcornealimplants,providedthatthetestmethodisappropriatetotheparticularIOLdesign.NOTEForcertaindesignsandcertainapplications,aspecifictestmethoddescribedinthispartofISO11979maynotbeapplicable.Insuchinstances,theIOLmanufacturershoulddevisecorrespondingtestmethodsandprovidevalidationandrationaleforthem.
