【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardappliestohot-rolledcarbonsteelsheetofcommercialanddrawingqualities.Hot-rolledsteelsheetissuitableformanyapplicationswherethepresenceofoxideorscale,ornormalsurfaceimperfectionsdisclosedafterremovalofoxideorscale,arenotobjectionable.Itisnotsuitableforapplicationswheresurfaceisofprimeimportance.NOTE1Hot-rolledsheetuptobutnotincluding3mminthicknessiscommonlyknownas'sheet'.Hot-rolledsheet3mmandoverinthicknessiscommonlyknownaseither'sheet'or'plate'.NOTE2SteelsheetthatistobesubjectedtosubsequentrerollingisnotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.2Commercialqualitysheet(HR1)isintendedforgeneralfabricatingpurposeswheresheetisusedintheflatorforbending,moderateformingandweldingoperations.Itiscommonlyproducedintherangeofthickness0,8mmto12,5mminclusive,andinwidthsof600mmandover,incoilsandcutlengths.3Drawingqualitysheet(HR2,HR3,HR4)isintendedfordrawingorsevereforming,includingwelding.Itiscommonlyproducedintherangeofthickness0,8mmto12,5mminclusive,andinwidthsof600mmandover,incoilsandcutlengths.DrawingqualitysheetshallbefurnishedtoalltherequirementsofthisInternationalStandard,or,byagreementwhenordered,tofabricateanidentifiedpart,inwhichcasethemechanicalpropertiesinTable2donotapply.Drawingqualitiesareidentifiedasfollows:—HR2-drawingquality—HR3-deepdrawingquality—HR4-deepdrawingqualityaluminumkilled4Hot-rolledsheetlessthan600mmwidemaybeslitfromwidesheetandwillbeconsideredassheet.
