【摘要】:Uponmutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandtheseller,wovenfabricsintendedforthisenduseshouldmeetalloftherequirementslistedinTable1ofthisspecification.ItisrecognizedthatforpurposesoffashionoraestheticstheultimateconsumerofarticlesmadefromthesefabricsmayfindacceptablefabricsthatdonotconformtoalloftherequirementsinTable1;therefore,oneormoreoftherequirementsmaybemodifiedbymutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandtheseller.4.2.1Insuchcases,anyreferencestothespecificationshallspecifythat:ThisfabricmeetsPerformanceSpecificationD3562exceptforthefollowingcharacteristic(s).Wherenoprepurchaseagreementhasbeenreachedbetweenthepurchaserandtheseller,andincaseofcontroversy,therequirementslistedinTable1areintendedtobeusedasaguideonly.Asnotedin4.2,ultimateconsumerdemandsdictatevaryingperformanceparametersforanyparticularstyleoffabric.Thesignificanceandusesofparticularpropertiesandtestmethodsarediscussedintheappropriatesectionsofthespecifiedtestmethods.1.1Thisperformancespecificationcoverswovendrycleanabletopcoats,overcoats,anddresscoatouterfabricscomposedofanytextilefiberormixtureoftextilefibers.1.2Thisperformancespecificationisnotapplicabletowovenfabricsusedforlinings,interlinings,rainweargarments,andall-purpose,water-repellentgarmentsnoristhisperformancespecificationapplicabletobondedorlaminatedfabrics.1.3Theserequirementsapplytoboththelengthandwidthdirectionsforthosepropertieswhereeachfabricdirectionispertinent.1.4Whenafabricrequiresspecialtreatment,specificmethodswillbedescribedastheyaredevelopedforthatmaterial,andsuchspecialtestswillhaveprecedenceoverthesegeneralrequirements.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section7,ofthisperformancespecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Uponmutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandtheseller,wovenfabricsintendedforthisenduseshouldmeetalloftherequirementslistedinTable1ofthisspecification.ItisrecognizedthatforpurposesoffashionoraestheticstheultimateconsumerofarticlesmadefromthesefabricsmayfindacceptablefabricsthatdonotconformtoalloftherequirementsinTable1;therefore,oneormoreoftherequirementsmaybemodifiedbymutualagreementbetweenthepurchaserandtheseller.4.2.1Insuchcases,anyreferencestothespecificationshallspecifythat:ThisfabricmeetsPerformanceSpecificationD3562exceptforthefollowingcharacteristic(s).Wherenoprepurchaseagreementhasbeenreachedbetweenthepurchaserandtheseller,andincaseofcontroversy,therequirementslistedinTable1areintendedtobeusedasaguideonly.Asnotedin4.2,ultimateconsumerdemandsdictatevaryingperformanceparametersforanyparticularstyleoffabric.Thesignificanceandusesofparticularpropertiesandtestmethodsarediscussedintheappropriatesectionsofthespecifiedtestmethods.1.1Thisperformancespecificationcoverswovendrycleanabletopcoats,overcoats,anddresscoatouterfabricscomposedofanytextilefiberormixtureoftextilefibers.1.2Thisperformancespecificationisnotapplicabletowovenfabricsusedforlinings,interlinings,rainweargarments,andall-purpose,water-repellentgarmentsnoristhisperformancespecificationapplicabletobondedorlaminatedfabrics.1.3Theserequirementsapplytoboththelengthandwidthdirectionsforthosepropertieswhereeachfabricdirectionispertinent.1.4Whenafabricrequiresspecialtreatment,specificmethodswillbedescribedastheyaredevelopedforthatmaterial,andsuchspecialtestswillhaveprecedenceoverthesegeneralrequirements.1.5Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section7,ofthisperformancespecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
