【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsfortheevaluationofdatafromthemonitoringofworkersoccupationallyexposedtotheriskofinternalcontaminationbyradioactivesubstances.Itpresentsproceduresandassumptionsforthestandardisedinterpretationofmonitoringdata,inordertoachieveacceptablelevelsofreliability.Thoseproceduresallowthequantificationofexposuresforthedocumentationofcompliancewithregulationsandradiationprotectionprogrammes.Limitsaresetfortheapplicabilityoftheproceduresinrespectofthedoselevelsabovewhichmoresophisticatedmethodswillhavetobeapplied.ThisInternationalStandardaddressesthefollowing:a)proceduresfordoseassessmentbasedonreferencelevelsforroutineandspecialmonitoringprogrammes;b)assumptionsfortheselectionofdose-criticalparametervalues;c)criteriafordeterminingthesignificanceofmonitoringresults;d)interpretationofworkplacemonitoringresults;e)uncertaintiesarisingfromsampling,measurementtechniquesandworkingconditions;f)thespecialtopicsof1)interpretationofmultipledataarisingfromdifferentmeasurementmethodsatdifferenttimes,2)handlingdatabelowthedecisionthreshold,3)roguedata,and4)calculationofdosestotheembryo/foetusandinfant;g)reporting/documentation;h)qualityassurance.Itisnotapplicabletothefollowing:-dosimetryforlitigationcases;-modellingfortheimprovementofinternaldosimetry;-thepotentialinfluenceofdecorporationmeasures(e.g.administrationofchelatingagents);-theinvestigationofthecausesorimplicationsofanexposure;-dosimetryforcontaminatedwounds.
