【摘要】:ThescopeofIEC61326-1appliestothispartofIEC61326butislimitedtosystemsandequipmentforindustrialapplicationswithinaspecifiedelectromagneticenvironmentandintendedtoperformsafetyfunctionsasdefinedinIEC61508withSIL1-3.Theelectromagneticenvironmentsencompassedbythisproductfamilystandardareindustrial,bothindoorandoutdoor,astheycanbefoundinindustrialapplicationswithanelectromagneticenvironmenthavingspecifiedcharacteristics(forexample,processindustry).Thedifferencebetweentheelectromagneticenvironmentcoveredbythisstandardcomparedtothegeneralindustrialenvironment(seeIEC61326-3-1)isduetothemitigationmeasuresemployedagainstelectromagneticphenomenaleadingtoaspecifiedelectromagneticenvironment.Theenvironmentofindustrialapplicationwithaspecifiedelectromagneticenvironmenttypicallyincludesthefollowingcharacteristics:–industrialareawithlimitedaccess;–limiteduseofmobiletransmitter;–dedicatedcablesforpowersupplyandcontrol,signalorcommunicationlines;–separationbetweenpowersupplyandcontrol,signalorcommunicationcables;–factorybuildingmostlyconsistingofmetalconstruction;–overvoltage/lightningprotectionbyappropriatemeasures(forexample,metalconstructionofthebuildingoruseofprotectiondevices);–pipeheatingsystemsdrivenbya.c.mainpowermaybepresent;–nohigh-voltagesubstationclosetosensitiveareas;–presenceofCISPR11Group2ISMequipmentusingISMfrequenciesonlywithlowpower;–competentstaff;–periodicalmaintenanceofequipmentandsystems;–mountingandinstallationguidelinesforequipmentandsystems.Amoredetaileddescriptionoftheabove-mentionedtypicalcharacteristicsisgiveninAnnexB.Equipmentandsystemsconsideredas“proven-in-use”accordingtoIEC61508orIEC61511areexcludedfromthescopeofIEC61326-3-2.FirealarmsystemsandsecurityalarmsystemsintendedforprotectionofbuildingsareexcludedfromthescopeofIEC61326-3-2.
