【摘要】:ThisPart1ofInternationalStandardIEC60598specifiesgeneralrequirementsforluminaires,incorporatingelectriclightsourcesforoperationfromsupplyvoltagesupto1000V.Therequirementsandrelatedtestsofthisstandardcover:classification,marking,mechanicalconstructionandelectricalconstruction.EachsectionofthisPart1isreadinconjunctionwiththisSection0andwithotherrelevantsectionstowhichreferenceismade.EachpartofIEC60598-2detailsrequirementsforaparticulartypeofluminaireorgroupofluminairesonsupplyvoltagesnotexceeding1000V.Thesepartsarepublishedseparatelyforeaseofrevisionandadditionalsectionswillbeaddedasandwhenaneedforthemisrecognized.AttentionisdrawntothefactthatthisPart1coversallaspectsofsafety(electrical,thermalandmechanical).ThepresentationofphotometricdataforluminairesisunderconsiderationbytheInternationalCommissiononIllumination(CIE)andisnot,therefore,includedinthisPart1.RequirementsareincludedinthisPart1forluminairesincorporatingignitorswithnominalpeakvaluesofthevoltagepulsenotexceedingthoseofTable11.2.Therequirementsapplytoluminaireswithignitorsbuiltintoballastsandtoluminaireswithignitorsseparatefromballasts.Forluminaireswithignitorsbuiltintolamps,therequirementsareunderconsideration.Requirementsforsemi-luminairesareincludedinthisPart1.Ingeneral,thisPart1coverssafetyrequirementsforluminaires.TheobjectofthisPart1istoprovideasetofrequirementsandtestswhichareconsideredtobegenerallyapplicabletomosttypesofluminairesandwhichcanbecalledupasrequiredbythedetailspecificationsofIEC60598-2.ThisPart1isthusnotregardedasaspecificationinitselfforanytypeofluminaire,anditsprovisionsapplyonlytoparticulartypesofluminairestotheextentdeterminedbytheappropriatepartofIEC60598-2.ThepartsofIEC60598-2,inmakingreferencetoanyofthesectionsofPart1,specifytheextenttowhichthatsectionisapplicableandtheorderinwhichthetestsaretobeperformed;theyalsoincludeadditionalrequirementsasnecessary.TheorderinwhichthesectionsofPart1arenumberedhasnoparticularsignificanceastheorderinwhichtheirprovisionsapplyisdeterminedforeachtypeofluminaireorgroupofluminairesbytheappropriatepartofIEC60598-2.AllpartsofIEC60598-2areself-containedandthereforedonotcontainreferencestootherpartsofIEC60598-2.WheretherequirementsofanyofthesectionsofPart1arereferredtointhepartsofIEC60598-2bythephrase"Therequirementsofsection...ofIEC60598-1apply",thisphraseistobeinterpretedasmeaningthatalltherequirementsofthatsectionofPart1applyexceptthosewhichareclearlyinapplicabletotheparticulartypeofluminairecoveredbythatpartofIEC60598-2.Forexplosionproofluminaires,ascoveredbyIEC60079,therequirementsofIEC60598(selectingtheappropriateparts2)areappliedinadditiontotherequirementsofIEC60079.IntheeventofanyconflictbetweenIEC60598andIEC60079,therequirementsofIEC60079takepriority.
